About the Owners
Valley Springs Fitness is located in the small border town of Valley Springs, SD. Owned and operated by the Kiefer family - proud Valley Springs residents since 2016. The Kiefer family prides themselves on being small business owners that bring business back to their small town with the hopes of providing convenience and quality with each venture.

When they're not working, you can find them camping, boating, or cheering on their children next to the football field or in the wrestling gym.

About the Gym
Valley Springs Fitness has several pieces of equipment and machines that will help you reach your health and fitness goals. The gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Patrons will access the gym with the key fob they are provided upon purchasing a membership. There are lockers available for use while you are there, towels, water and a clean restroom. A small selection of beverages are available for purchase.
